Cancellation Policy
To reserve an appointment time when booking, a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit must be made. The deposit will be credited towards the payment of the procedure on the day of your visit. No classes or appointments are confirmed until the deposit is received. RESCHEDULING | LATE OR NO SHOW Please inform your artist 3 days prior to your scheduled appointment, we will be more than happy to reschedule you (subject to artist availability). Please note that cancellation of booking and/or untimely notification within 3 days will result in forfeiture of deposit. If you are unable to reschedule your appointment, a second deposit will be required for future bookings. We provide a 15-minute grace period from the start of your appointment. If you missed this window, PLEASE LET US KNOW. Any no-shows or responses to your artist within 15 minutes after the scheduled time will be cancelled. Your deposit will be forfeited and you will need to schedule a new appointment.
