A Touch-Up appointment is an essential part of achieving the best possible permanent makeup results. As your skin heals, it is completely normal for pigment retention to vary slightly depending on your skin type, lifestyle, healing process, and individual body chemistry. Your Touch-Up allows us to perfect every detail, ensuring your final healed results are beautifully balanced, natural-looking, and long-lasting. During your appointment, we carefully evaluate the healed results, reinforce areas where pigment has softened, make small adjustments to color or shape if needed, and ensure your permanent makeup looks its absolute best. Our goal is always natural, elegant enhancement—not an overdone appearance. Touch-Up appointments are recommended approximately 6–8 weeks after your initial procedure, unless otherwise advised. Completing both appointments is the best way to achieve beautiful, consistent, and long-lasting permanent makeup results. Cancellation Policy
To reserve an appointment time when booking, a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit must be made. The deposit will be credited towards the payment of the procedure on the day of your visit. No classes or appointments are confirmed until the deposit is received. RESCHEDULING | LATE OR NO SHOW Please inform your artist 3 days prior to your scheduled appointment, we will be more than happy to reschedule you (subject to artist availability). Please note that cancellation of booking and/or untimely notification within 3 days will result in forfeiture of deposit. If you are unable to reschedule your appointment, a second deposit will be required for future bookings. We provide a 15-minute grace period from the start of your appointment. If you missed this window, PLEASE LET US KNOW. Any no-shows or responses to your artist within 15 minutes after the scheduled time will be cancelled. Your deposit will be forfeited and you will need to schedule a new appointment.
